Training:

Prime Property’s comprehensive and high quality training package, delivered through quarterly sessions at the Head Office in Ballito, ensures our franchises are fully equipped and prepared to launch and develop their Prime Property business. The training will provide the necessary negotiating and orientation sales skills, business management skills and all marketing systems, admin systems and procedures.

Ongoing training will be provided where there is a necessity and any new technology which may improve the Prime Property brand will be communicated to all franchise owners.

Annual conference meetings will be held for all franchises.

Franchise History:

The Prime Property brand has been franchised for three years. There are currently three franchises in operation in Ballito, Umhlanga and Durban North, with future plans for expansion.
